环境工程专业本科培养计划

一、专业简介

IProgram Profile

本专业的培养方案贯彻宽口径、厚基础的办学宗旨,坚持立足港航,面向全国的办学特色。本专业培养具有扎实的理论基础,掌握水污染控制、大气污染控制、固体废物处理处置等基本原理和设计方法,具有污染监测和分析、环境监测、环境规划和管理能力的高级工程技术人才。主要专业方向有环境污染控制工程和环境评价与管理。

本专业培养的毕业生能够从事城市环保、海事、港口、航道、各企业以及科研院所、高等学校等环境工程领域的有关研究、技术开发、规划、设计、管理和教育等方面工作。

The professional education aim is broad field, thick foundation, facing the whole country. The profession training cultivate senior engineering and technical personnel that have a solid theoretical foundation and knowledge of water pollution control, air pollution control, solid waste disposal and other basic principle and design method, have the ability of the pollution monitoring and analysis, environmental monitoring, environmental planning and management. The main direction of this major is engineering of environmental pollution control, environmental assessment and management.

Graduates are supposed to engaged in the city environmental protection and research, technology development, planning, design, management and education and other aspects of the work in marine, port, waterway, enterprises and research institutes, universities, environmental engineering fields et al.

二、培养目标

IIProgram Objectives

       本专业培养具备环境科学的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能,具备城市、港口和船舶的水、气、声、固体废物等污染防治和给排水工程、污染控制管理和海洋环境保护等方面的知识,能在科研机构、高等学校、企事业单位及行政部门等从事科研、教学、环境保护和环境管理等工作的高级专门人才。

This program aims to not only cultivate students with the basic theory, knowledge and skills in environmental science, but also help students grasp the knowledge in pollution control of air, water, sound and solid waste in cities, harbors and ships, water supply and sewerage projects, pollution control management, marine environmental protection, etc. The graduates are expected to work as senior specialized talents, in research, education, environmental protection, environmental management for research institutes, universities, governmental departments, administrative department and other enterprises or institutes.

三、培养要求

IIIProgram Requirement

       1、热爱社会主义祖国,拥护中国共产党领导,掌握马列主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论的基本原理;愿为社会主义现代化服务,为人民服务,为国家富强、民族昌盛而奋斗的志向和责任感;具有敬业爱岗、艰苦奋斗、热爱劳动、遵纪守法、团结合作的品质;具有良好的思想品德、社会公德和职业道德。

    2、具有独立获取知识、提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的基本能力及开拓创新的精神,具备一定的从事本专业业务工作的能力和适应相邻专业业务工作的基本能力与素质。

    3、具有一定的体育和军事基本知识,掌握科学锻炼身体的基本技能,养成良好的体育锻炼和卫生习惯,受到必要的军事训练,达到国家规定的大学生体育和军事训练合格标准,具备健全的心理和健康的体魄,能够履行建设祖国和保卫祖国的神圣义务。

    4、掌握水污染控制、大气污染控制、固体废物处理处置等基本原理和设计方法,具有污染监测和分析、环境监测、环境规划和管理的初步能力。

Students are supposed to:

Ø         be patriotic; support the Chinese Communist Party; have a solid understanding of the principles of Marxism and Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory; have the sense of responsibility to serve the people, the socialist modernization drive and strive for the prosperity of the nation; devote themselves to their jobs; be diligent; obey the laws; be united and cooperative; and observe social and professional ethics.

Ø         be able to acquire knowledge independently; be able to solve problems; have a pioneering spirit; be able to accomplish tasks in their own fields and perform similar job duties.

Ø         possess basic knowledge of physical and military cultures; master basic skills of physical exercises; meet the requirements of physical and military training; be psychologically and physically healthy; be able to fulfill the obligations of building and safeguarding the nation.

Ø         master the basic theories and design methods in water pollution control, air pollution control, solid waste treatment & disposal, etc., and have initially acquired the abilities in pollution monitoring and analysis, environment monitoring, environment planning and management.
